Given the proximity of the existing buildings around this new build, a restricted site made the build logistics more interesting.

Working with the main contractor from the outset, we planned and managed our works package and inputted it into the broader build program as we advanced our works package.

The Challenges

We worked closely with the main contractor to ensure that all deliveries were timed and managed not to impact the school’s working day.
